  • GitLab: A web-based DevOps lifecycle tool that provides a Git repository manager with wiki, issue-tracking, and CI/CD pipeline features.

  • Git-annex: A tool for managing files with Git, allowing large files to be stored outside of the Git repository while still being tracked.

  • MinIO: An open-source object storage server compatible with Amazon S3 APIs, used for scalable and secure data storage.

  • MRI: Magnetic Resonance Imaging, a medical imaging technique used to visualize internal structures of the body.

  • NIfTI: Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative, a file format for storing neuroimaging data.

  • S3: Amazon Simple Storage Service, an object storage service that offers industry-leading scalability, data availability, security, and performance.

  • Repository: A git repository, a storage location for software packages, including code, documentation, and other files.

  • Datalad: A data management tool that extends Git to handle large datasets, enabling version control and collaboration.

  • Datalad Dataset: A dataset managed by Datalad, which can include various types of data and metadata.
